The Police - Regatta de Blanc (1979)

Segundo álbum de The Police, quizás su mejor trabajo, y que los llevó al estrellato. Y bastante merecido lo tuvieron, considerando que después como solistas supieron hacerse un lugarcito importante. Andy Summers, el guitarrista, sobre todo, con una carrera solista más que interesante que merece la pena ser revisada.

El disco cuenta con los clásicos Message in a Bottle, o Walking on the Moon. Y así y todo, el tema que da el nombre al disco (otra vez en francés) es un instrumental. También tiene el mejor tema de la banda en mi opinión, Bring on the night.

En fin, de esos discos que a veces faltan a pesar de haberlos escuchado unas cuantas veces. Disfruten.
